On Instagram there are two areas where you can place a clickable link: your Instagram Bio and Instagram Story Swipe-Up.

Navigate to your Instagram Profile and click Edit Profile
Add the link to the Website field

Instagram Story Swipe-Up
If your Instagram account is a business account with 10k+ followers, Instagram gives you the ability to add a URL in the Swipe Up of your Instagram stories.
Navigate to your main feed on Instagram and click the camera icon in the upper left-hand corner to create an Instagram Story.
Create your Instagram Story by taking a photo, video, or adding previously captured content via your phone’s library.
After uploading content to your story, click on the link icon to add the URL of the CJ tracking link.
Make sure to include a call to action in your story so that your followers know to swipe up.
